MADE, THE PERSON WHO CALLED WAS NOT

AND DID NOT APPRECIATE CE GIVING
EXTENSION. CE TOLD THAT PERSON THAT MR
WILLIAMS WAS MAKING PROGRESS AND IT WAS
AT OUR DISCRETION TO EXT. MR. WILLIAMS
SAID HE WAS GOING TO JUST STOP WORKING,
CE ADV HIM THAT THE COUNTY HAS NOT MADE
ANY SUGGESTION OF HIM STOPPING WORK TO
CONTINUE BRINGING PROP INTO COMP. MR.
WILLIAMS SAID HE IS BEING THREATENED, CE
ADV CALL LEO. MR WILLIAMS SAID NO ONE
WILL HELP HIM NOW AND HE DOESNT SEE HOW
HE CAN FINISH. CE URGED HIM TO CONINTUE
THE PROCESS OF COMP. MR. WILLIAMS AGAIN
STATED HE WAS GOING TO HIDE IN HIS
HOUSE. AGAIN CE ADV HIM TO CALL LEO. MR.
WILLIAMS SAID HE DID AND LEO TOLD HIM TO
GO BACK TO MIAMI. CE ADV HIM TO CONTINUE
TO CALL LEO AS LONG AS HE FELT HE WAS
BEING THREATENED. MR WILLIAMS SAID A
MARKED TRK W/ LIGHTS AND SIRENS CAME TO
HIS HOUSE AT NIGHT AND HE FELT
THREATENED ASKED IF IT WERE CE. I TOLD
HIM NO IT WAS NOT CE THAT HE KNEW OUR
VEH. AND WE DO NOT HAVE LIGHTS AND
SIRENS. MR WILLIAMS THEN STATED THAT THE
TRK PASSED BY HIS HOUSE A FEW MOMENTS
LATER W/O THE MARKINGS AND LIGHTS AND
SIRENS. HE ASKED CE IF HE COULD MOVE
OTHER PEOPLES STUFF, CE TOLD HIM TO
CONTINUE THE CLEANING OF HIS PROPERTY
NOT OTHERS. MR WILLIAMS STATED THAT
EVERYONE WANTS HIM TO STOP CLEANING, HE
CANT CONTIUE W/O HELP AND EVERYONE IN
THE COUNTY IS AGAINST HIM. NO ONE W/
TRKS WILL HELP, NO CONTRACTORS WILL HELP
AND HE FEELS THREATENED. AGAIN CE SAID
CALL LEO. MR. WILLIAMS STATED THAT HE
HAD 63 COMP HE WANTS TO MAKE, HE WILL
CALL BACK WITH INFO FROM ANOTHER PHONE.
HE ASKED IF THE REASON CE TAPED UP HIS
REFRIDG WAS BECAUSE OF A NEW COMP. CE
ADV HIM NO, SAFETY ISSUE AND THAT WAS
EXPLAINED ON VISIT TO PROP. AT THE END
OF CONVERSATION MR. WILLIAMS ADV THAT HE
