START, THAT HER HUSBAND HAS BEEN WORKING
ON IT, AND IS UNSURE HOW LONG IT WOULD
BE BEFORE HE HAD IT RUNNING. INFORMED
HER THAT IT DOES NOT NEED TO HAVE TAGS,
AS SHE IS USING IT FOR AG PURPOSES. SHE
WAS FRUSTRATED, AND INQUIRED ABOUT THE
NEIGHBORS AND THEIR FENCE, ANSWERED SOME
OF HER QUESTIONS IN REGARDS TO THE
FENCE, AND THEN DIRECTED THE
CONVERSATION BACK TO HER OPEN COMPLAINT.
INFORMED HER THAT THE TRUCK HAS TO BE IN
OPERATIONAL ORDER, OR SHE CAN STORE IT
IN AN ENCLOSED STRUCTURE, OR REMOVE IT
FROM THE PROPERTY. CE WOULD LIKE TO
SCHEDULE A TIME TO WALK THE PROPERTY
WITH HER, AND HAVE HER START THE TRUCK
TO CONFIRM IT WORKS, TOLD HER THAT WE
ARE SCHEDULED TO REI THE PROPERTY ON THE
7TH OF FEBRUARY, AND AT THAT TIME DUE TO
HER ADMITTING THE TRUCK DOES NOT RUN,
AND IF CE CANNOT CONFIRM, WE WILL ISSUE
A WARNING CITATION. AND EXPLAINED THE
PROCESS OF THE CITATION AND THAT IF
AFTER THE COMPLY BY DATE OF THE WARNING,
