OWNERSHIP OF NEIGHBORING LOT IS IN
QUESTION. MRS. BUNTON SAYS THAT WHEN
CONTACTED, LISTED OWNER DID NOT KNOW SHE
WAS LISTED AS OWNER AND THAT HER SON MAY
HAVE PUT LOT IN HER NAME WITHOUT HER
KNOWLEDGE. INVESTIGATION IS CONTIUING
INTO OWNERSHIP AND PURCHASE OF LOT IS
BEING PERSUED.

TUBULAR STRUCTURE RECENTLY INSTALLED.
SPOKE WITH OWNER WHO WAS EVASIVE AS TO
WHO INSTALLED THE STRUCTURE. TOLD HER
THAT IF COMPANY INSTALLED I WOULD
REQUIRE THEM TO GET A PERMIT BUT IF SHE
HAD INSTALLED SHE WOULD NEED TO OBTAIN
THE PERMIT. SHE THEN SAID SHE WOULD HAVE
TO OBTAIN THE PERMIT. DISCUSSION
FOLLOWED ABOUT PERMITTING REQUIREMENTS
AND SETBACK CONCERNS BECAME OBVIOUS.
THIS STRUCTURE IS ENCROACHING ON THE
NEIGHBORS PROPERTY FROM VISUAL
INSPECTION. SHE SAID THE NEIGHBOR HAS
CONTACTED HER ABOUT PURCHASING THE LOT
NEXT DOOR SO SHE WOULD HAVE TO PURCHASE
THE LOT NEXT DOOR AND UNITY TITLE TO
OBTAIN PERMIT. IF THIS IS NOT ATTAINABLE
DISCUSSION WAS HELD ABOUT MOVING THE
STRUCTURE TO THE BACK YARD AREA. I TOLD
HER I WOULD FOLLOW UP WITH HER IN A
MONTH TO CHECK ON PROGRESS OF PURCHASE
OF LOT.
