THERE ARE MULITPLE HOLES IN THE FLOOR OF THE
TRAILER, HOLE IN THE BATHROOM FLOOR YOU CAN SEE
THE GROUND FROM, HOLE UNDER STOVE, AND HOLE BY THE
FRONT DOOR. THE OWNERS ARE USING PARTICLE BOARD
FOR FLOORING INHOME. THERE ARE NO SCREENS IN THE
WINDOWS.

BENEATH THE MOBILE HAS BEEN REPAIRED.
THE OTHER ISSUES OF THE UNSAFE FLOOR,
THE PLUMBING CONNECTION TO THE KITCHEN
SINK AND THE ELECTRICAL ISSUES COULD NOT
BE REINSPECTED WITHOUT ACCESS TO HOME. I
TOLD APRIL THAT IF THE POWER WAS OFF TO
THE PROPERTY WE COULD FLAG THE PROPERTY
FOR FULL INSPECTION BEFORE POWER WAS
RECONNECTED BUT THE POWER HAS NOT BEEN
DISCONNECTED TO THE HOME. WEAK SPOTS IN
THE FLOOR, PROPER PLUMBING CONNECTION OF
THE KITCHEN SINK AND REPAIR OF THE
ELECTRIC OUTLETS WILL NEED TO BE
REPAIRED TO CLOSE CASE. I WILL SEND A
COPY OF REPORTS TO OWNER FOR THEM TO
MAKE REPAIRS AND CALL FOR A REINSPECTION
TO CLOSE CASE.

THIS IS A MOBILE HOME IN FAIR CONDITION.
THERE ARE FOUR AREAS THAT THE SUB-FLOOR
HAS FAILED. AN AREA DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF
THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR, AN AREA UNDER THE
STOVE, AN AREA IN THE HALL BATH AND THE
ENTIRE FLOOR IN THE MASTER BATHROOM ARE
EITHER OPEN TO THE ENVIRONMENT BENEATH
THE STRUCTURE OR DETERIORATED TO POINT
THAT THEY ARE A DANGER TO WALK ON. THERE
ARE ALSO SCREENS MISSING FROM THE
WINDOWS AND SKIRTING MISSING ON THE WEST
SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE. THESE ARE
VIOLATIONS OF 12.19.305 OF THE HOUSING
CODE. THERE ARE ALSO A NUMBER OF THE
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS THAT HAVE BECOME
DISLODGED FROM THE WALL AND ARE HANGING
FROM THE WIRES. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
12.19.304 OF THE HOUSING CODE. THERE IS
ALSO NO PLUMBING CONNECTION TO THE
KITCHEN SINK CAUSING THE TENANT TO HAVE
TO WASH DISHES IN THE BATHTUB AND THE
SANITARY DRAIN BENEATH THE MOBILE HAS A
CLEANOUT CAP MISSING ALLOWING WASTE
WATER TO RUN BENEATH THE STRUCTURE. THIS
IS A VIOLATION OF 12.19.302 & 12.19.307
OF THE HOUSING CODE. THE FLOORS WILL
HAVE TO BE REPAIRED TO STRUCTURAL
STABILITY. THE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS WILL
HAVE TO BE SECURED TO THE WALL. THE
PLUMBING WILL HAVE TO BE CONNECTED SO
THE KITCHEN SINK TO BE MADE FUNCTIONAL
AND THE PLUMBING BENEATH THE MOBILE WILL
HAVE TO BE INSPECTED AND REPAIRED TO
PROPER FUNCTIONALITY. SKIRTING SHOULD BE
REPAIRED WHEN OTHER WORK COMPLETE AND
SCREENS INSTALLED ON THE WINDOWS. TENANT
SHARED THAT THE CENTRAL A/C HAD RECENTLY
GONE OUT. IF A/C IS REPAIRED THE SCREENS
ON THE WINDOWS WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED.
