A COMPLAINT THAT WE RECEIVED. HE FEELS
THAT THERE ARE OTHER VIOLATIONS IN THE
NEIGHBORHOOD AND HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT
C.E. IS ADDRESSING. I ADVISED HIM THAT
WE ARE COMPLAINT DRIVEN AND HE CAN
CONTACT OUR DEPT. IF HE WOULD LIKE TO
FILE A COMPLAINT. HE STATED THAT HE DOES
NOT WANT TO CAUSE ANY MORE ISSUES. HE
FEELS THAT WE SHOULD BE PROACTIVE. HE
ALSO INFORMED ME THAT THE FENCE WAS
APPROVED IN 2014 BY THE BLDG. DEPT. I
EXPLAINED THAT BLDG. INSPECTORS ONLY
VERIFY THAT THE STRUCTURE MEETS BLDG.
CODES. I DID EXPLAIN THAT HE STATED ON
THE BLDG. APPLICATION THAT HE STATED
THAT THE PRIVACY FENCE WILL BE 4' HIGH
FOR THE 1ST 25 FEET AND 6 FEET HIGH
AFTER THAT. HE STATED THAT HE IS NOT
GOING TO FIX THE FENCE TO MEET THE
HEIGHT REQUIREMENT. I ADVISED HIM THAT
WE ARE TRYING TO WORK WITH HIM TO BRING
THE PROPERTY INTO COMPLIANCE. HE STATED
THAT HE WILL GET WITH HIS ATTORNEY IF
THE COUNTY PROCEEDS WITH THIS CASE.

ARE NO PROACTIVE AND HE JUST GOT MEANER/
HE WAS NOT A NICE PERSON FROM THE START
AND THE COURTESY WAS FOR HIS FENCE IN
THE FRONT YARD OVER THE HEIGHT
