HER AND ASKED HER TO HAVE IT REMOVED.

OF THIS BUILDING THERE IS A PILE OF YARD
TRIMMINGS THAT LOOKS TO HAVE COME FROM
THE PROPERTY ACROSS THE STREET, THEIR
BUSHES AND HEDGES WERE TRIMMED. LEFT
DOOR KNOCER AT 302 GROVE CIRCLE ASKING
THEM TO REMOVE THE TRIMMINGS. THEIR LAWN
MAN WAS THERE AT THE PROPERTY AND SAID
THAT SHE HAS ASKED HIM TO TAKE CARE OF
MOVING IT. CE NEEDS TO MAKE CONTACT WITH
OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY SO THAT THE TRASH

WITH HEALTH DEPT. AND HE HAS AND WOULD
GIVE HER A PERMIT FOR THE MH PARK FOR 5
OR MORE SPACES, (WHICH WITH ZONING SHE
IS GRANDFATHERED FOR ONLY 8 UNITS) FOR
MH UNITS IF THEY ARE VACANT OR BEING
UTILIZED FOR THE MH UNITS. JASON ALSO
SUGGESTED THAT SHE GET A LICENSED SEPTIC
CO. TO COME PUMP THE SEPTIC AND FIND OUT
WHERE THE DRAINFIELD AND SEPTIC TANKS
ARE, SO THAT THE CONTRACTOR REMOVING THE
MH WILL NOT DAMAGE HER SEPTIC SYSTEM.
ACCORDING TO ZONING DEPT.AND SPEAKING TO
ZONING SUPERVISOR, LINDA THE OWNER HAS
TO HAVE THE HEALTH DEPT. PERMIT AND BE
UTILIZING THE PARK AND SUGGESTED THAT
SHE LEAVE AT LEAST ONE UNIT THERE
OCCUPIED OR NOT SO THAT THERE WOULD BE
NO PROBLEM WITH PLACING NEW UNITS ON THE
GRANDFATHERED PROPERTY YEARS DOWN THE
LINE WHEN SHE IS READY TO REPLACE THE

CE AGREES THAT SHE CAN REMOVE ONE MH A
MONTH IF THAT IS THE WAY SHE NEED CAN
GET THEM REMOVED. ALSO CLARIFIED THAT
SHE IS THE ONE REQUESTING THAT THE MH
GET REMOVED, HOWEVER SHE ASKED IF SHE
CAN REPLACE THE MH IN THE FUTURE.
TRANSFERRED HER TO JOANNE IN ZONING
DEPT. TO ASWNER THOSE QUESTIONS. MRYNA
ALSO IS GOING TO GO TO THE PROPERTY IN
DECEMBER AND START WORKING ON THE CLEAN
UP OF THE TRASH AND DEBRIS. SHE ALSO
STATED THAT A NEIGHBOR ACROSS THE STREET
TRIMMED HER TREES AND PUT THE DEBRIS ON
MYRNA'S PROPERTY. SHE DIDN'T WANT TO
UPSET HER NEIGHBORS AND DIDN'T APPROACH
THEM SO MYRNA IS GOING TO REMOVE THE

TWO WEEKS. SHE WILL MAKE CONTACT WITH
DEMOLITION COMPANIES TO SEE ABOUT
GETTING THE REST OF THE MH'S AND THE
DEBRIS REMOVED. MYRNA TRAVELS OUT OF THE
COUNTRY OFTEN, BUT CE HAS ASKED HER TO
GET THE TRASH AND DEBRIS REMOVED SO THAT
THE ENTIRE PROPERTY CAN GET MOWED AND
CLEANED UP OF FURNITURE AND DEBRIS. SHE
