THEM. HE WILL COME OVER TONIGHT AND LOOK
AT THE PROPERTY. HE ALSO HAS NEW TENANT
MOVING INTO THE HOUSE AND HE IS GOING TO
CUT DOWN THE DEAD TREE AND TRIM SOME
