ON THE EAST SIDE. PROPERTY APPRAISER
SHOWS ONLY MOBILE HOME ON APPRAISAL AND
NO PERMITS SHOW FOR THE ADDITION. THE
WOOD FRAME ADDITION HAS A WOOD FLOOR
SYSTEM THAT HAS COLLAPSED. THE WALLS AND
ROOF FRAMING ARE ROTTED TO POINT OF
FAILURE WITH THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE
LEANING AND PULLED AWAY FROM THE MOBILE
UNIT LEAVING A 3'-4' GAP BETWEEN THE
ADDITION AND THE MOBILE UNIT. THIS
EXPOSES ELECTRICAL WIRING RUN BETWEEN
THE MOBILE AND THE ADDITION AND EXPOSES
THE INTERIOR OF THE MOBILE TO THE
ELEMENTS. THE COLLAPSE OF THE ADDITION
HAS LEFT THE ENTRY DOORS INOPERABLE AND
ACCESS TO THE ADDITION AND MOBILE UNIT
IMPOSSIBLE. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
12.19.305 AND 12.19.500 OF THE STANDARD
HOUSING CODE. WEEDS HAVE GROWN OVER MUCH
OF THE ADDITION AND THE PREMISES ARE
UNKEPT AND OVERGROWN. THIS IS A
VIOLATION OF 12.19.307 OF THE STANDARD
HOUSING CODE. STRUCTURE IS A HAZARD TO
SURROUNDING COMMUNITY OF RESIDENTS WITH
CHILDREN IN THIS MOBILE HOME PARK.
REMOVAL OF THE ADDITION WILL NEED TO
OCCUR AND A FULL INSPECTION OF THE
MOBILE UNIT FOR CODE COMPLIANCE
COMPLETED WHEN ACCESS IS AVAILABLE.
IF NO ACTION TAKEN BY OWNER, THE COUNTY
WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THE ENTIRE
STRUCTURE.
