FOUND NO VIOLATION OF NOISE OR NUISANCE

SOMEONE'S GATE ON DOE RUN, THE DOGS OUT
FRONT COULD STILL SEE ME BUT ALL DOGS
WERE QUIETED DOWN BY 10:10AM WHILE I PUT

AGAIN. HE MENTIONED THAT THE DOGS BARK
AS SOON AS SHE GETS HOME AND CE
MENTIONED THAT IT WAS PROBABLY THE DOGS
GETTING GREETED BY ONWER AND FEEDING
TIME, WHEN ASKED IF THEY QUIET DOWN,
WHICH HE AGREED THAT THEY DO BUT 4:30 &
5AM IS THE WORST FOR NOISE/BARKING. CE

TIME WHEN CE COULD INSPECT THE YARD.

THE BUSINESS ONCE THEY APPLY FOR THE
SPECIAL EXCEPTION UNTIL THE BOA HEARING.
LONNY FEELS THAT THIS OWNER IS GETTING
AWAY WITH ALL SHE CAN/ZONING WILL START
THE PAPERWORK AND THE NEIGHBORS WILL
START GETTING THEIR LETTERS IN THE MAIL
PROBABLY IN NOVEMBER FOR THE SPECIAL

HCSO. ADVISED THAT CE WILL COME AGAIN TO
LISTEN FOR NOISE. CE WAS ON THIS STREET
AND IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY UNTIL
