THE FRONT PORCH ARE ALSO STRUCTURALLY
DEFICIENT WITH ONE TOTALLY FAILED AND
TEMPORARY POST ADDED TO SUPPORT ROOF.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF 12.19.305.17. THE
A/C UNIT APPEARS TO BE NONFUNCTIONAL AND
ALSO NEEDS REPLACEMENT. THIS IS FOR
INFORMATION ONLY AS THERE IS NO CODE
REQUIREMENT FOR A/C IN A HOME. STRUCTURE
IS SECURE AND SHOWS NO OTHER SIGNS OF
