IN HEIGHT AND NEEDED SOME TRIMMING TO
BRING TO CODE. IT ALSO APPEARD THAT THE
VIOLATORS PROPERTY HAS A SLIGHTLY TALLER
GRADE HEIGHT THAN THAT OF MR PALMERS.
LANDSCRAPER WAS PROVIDED WITH MY CONTACT
AND HE INDICATED THAT HE WOULD TRIM THE
HEDGE WITHIN A WEEK AS IT NEEDED SOME
ATTENTION. I STATED THET I WOULD REI IN
ONE WEEK. MR PALMER (THE NEIGHBOR)STATED
THAT I COULD WALK THE PROPERTY WHENEVER
I RETURN AS HE IS OFTEN OUT OF

PROPERTY . THE HEDGES VARIES IN HEIGHT
FROM 5 1/2 FOOT TO MAYBE 6 1/2 FOOR AT
REAR OF PROPERTY I ADVISED THAT MY
INITIAL INSPECTION THIS COULD NOT BE
VERIFIED. MR PALMER ALSO COMPLAINED
ABOUT THE OVERGROWN TREE I ADVISED THAT
THE TREE WAS NOT DEAD AND HE HAD THE
RIGHT TO TRIM HIS SIDE OF THE TREE FROM
THE PROPERTY LINE TO THE SKY HE WANTS CE
TO FORCE THE OWNER TO DO THIS BECAUSE IT
COSTS MONEY IF HE DOES IT HE STATED IF
IT FALL ON HIS HOUSE WE ARE ON NOTICE
ALSO WANTS TO CALL THE COMMISSIONERS TO
CHANGE THE CODE REGARDING OVERGROWN
LIVING TREES AND HEDGE HEIGHTS I
PROVIDED HIM WITH LINDAS PHONE NUMBER AS
SHE WOULD BE BEST TO DISCUSS PROCESSES
AND POSSIBLE CODE PURPOSES IN THESE
MATTERS. MR PALMER ALSO COMPLAINED THAT
THE NEIGHBOR HAS PLANTED A HIBICUS HEDGE
ON HIS PROPERTY AND THE RIGHT WAY AND
WANTS HIM TO REMOVE IT I ADVISED THAT
WHERE THE HIBICUS WAS PLANTED I COULD
NOT DETERMINE WHOSES PROPERTY IT WAS ON
AND I WOULD HAVE ENGINEERINGB LOOK AT
