SHE WAS TOLD WHEN SHE MOVED IN THAT THE OWNER
WOULD BE HAVING A NEW ROOF INSTALLED. THE ROOF HAS
NOT BEEN REPLACED, IT LEAKS AND IS DAMAGING THE
WALLS AND CAUSING MOLD ISSUES. SHE PAYED OUT OF
POCKET TO REPLACE ONE OF THE WALLS THAT WAS
SEVERLY WATER DAMAGED. THERE ARE CHILDREN IN THE
HOUSE AND THE DAMPNESS AND MOLD ARE A DANGER.

OWNER HAS WORKED ON THE ROOF BUT
APPARENTLY THE PROBLEMS HAVE NOT BEEN
CORRECTED. SHINGLE ROOF NEEDS TO BE
REPLACED COMPLETELY. THIS WILL REQUIRE
PERMITTING AND INSPECTION.
