RECEIVED COMPLAINT, THERE IS AN INGROUND POOL AT
THIS SITE THAT HAS NOT BEEN MAINTAINED AND IS FULL
OF VERY NASTY WATER. THE POOL CAGE WAS DESTROYED
DURING THE HURRICANES AND NEVER REBUILT, THEY PUT
UP A FENCE AT ONE TIME, BUT IT HAS BEEN REMOVED
AND THERE IS NO SAFETY BARRIER AROUND THE POOL,
VERY UNSAFE FOR KIDS IN NEIGHBORHOOD.

TIME. THERE IS EVIDENCE THAT THE POOL AT
ONE TIME HAD A SCREENED ENCLOSURE THAT
HAS APPARENTLY BEEN REMOVED. POOL MUST
HAVE A BARRIER AS OUTLINED IN FLORIDA
BUILDING CODE SECTION R4502.17.1.
IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY MEASURES MUST BE
TAKEN AS THIS POOL STRUCTURE IS A SAFETY
HAZARD. TEMPORARY BARRIER MATERIAL, AS
USED DURING CONSTRUCTION, MUST BE
INSTALLED IMMEDIATELY AND PERMANENT
BARRIER INSTALLED WITHIN 30 DAYS.
