CALLED AND SPOKE WITH JOHN WHITEHEAD. HE
WAS VERY NICE, AND STATED THAT HE WAS TO
WANTING TO BE A MAINTEANCE MAN FOR HIS
TENANTS, BUT HE WOULD COME BY AND WEED
EAT THE PROPERTY AND ROUND UP AFTER
ALONG FENCE LINE. WE AGREED THAT IF
ANOTHER COMPLAINT IS CALLED IN CE WOULD
WRITE THE COMPLAINT. SPOKE WITH
NEIGHBOR, SHE WAS HAPPY THAT THE HOME
WAS PAINTED, AND WAS SATISFIELD THUS FAR
WITH THE CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE TO
THE PROPERTY. GAVE TWO WEEKS TO JOHN AND
LEFT NOTE FOR TENANT. JD 30 MIN

ALLOWED ME TO HER REAR YARD TO VIEW TAG
WHICH IS GOOD. THE GRASS HAS BEEN MOWED,
HOWEVER, THERE IS STILL HIGH WEEDS/GRASS
ALONG THE FENCE LINE, AND AROUND A PILE
OF WOOD AT THE BASE OF A TREE. SHE
STATED THAT HER ROOMMATE WORKS IN
ORLANDO, AND WHEN HE IS HOME, HE IS
TIERED, AND DOES NOT WANT TO WORK IN THE
YARD.SHE ALSO STATED THAT THE OWNER
(JOHN WHITEHEAD 863-381-0182 HAS
PRESSURE WASHED THE HOME AND IS PLANNING
ON PAINTING SOON. SPOKE WITH JEAN
(NEIGHBOR)AND GAVE HER AN UPDATE. WILL
