OPEN POSITION. THE CEILING HAS COLLAPSED
EXPOSING ROTTED ROOF DECKING WITH
SECTIONS OF THE DECKING COLLAPSED. THE
ELECTRIC PANEL HAS BEEN VANDALIZED WITH
MOST OF THE WIRING REMOVED. INTERIOR
DOORS ARE MISSING ALONG WITH HARDWARE.
DOORS THAT REMAIN ARE BROKEN OR DAMAGED.
THE WOOD FLOOR SYSTEM IS ROTTED AND
COLLAPSING IN AREAS AND STRUCTURALLY
UNSAFE IN OTHERS. HOME IS STREWN WITH
TRASH AND DEBRIS WITH DEAD ANIMALS
PRESENT. (RACCOON) THERE IS ALSO AN
ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AT THE REAR OF THE
PROPERTY THAT IS ALSO DEFICIENT AND
