THE ROOF SYSTEM. THERE ARE BROKEN
WINDOWS, SOME WITH BROKEN PANES OF
GLASS, ONE WITH A MISSING SASH AND
ANOTHER REMOVED COMPLETELY. ONE WINDOW
HAS A METAL PIPE RUN THROUGH IT
APPARENTLY BEING USED AS A MAKE SHIFT
CHIMNEY FOR A WOOD BURNING FIRE PLACE IN
THE LIVING ROOM AREA. THE SITE BUILT
PORCHES ON THE FRONT AND REAR OF THE
MOBILE DO NOT MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS AND
WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED. THE REAR DOOR
WAS UNLOCKED ALLOWING ACCESS, INSIDE I
OBSERVED THAT THE KITCHEN CABINETS HAVE
BEEN COMPLETELY REMOVED ALONG WITH ALL
APPLIANCES AND THE KITCHEN SINK. THE
HALL BATHROOM IS BEING USED AS A STORAGE
AREA AND IS UNUSABLE. THE FLOOR SYSTEM
IS STRUCTURALLY SOUND AND HAS HAD A TILE
FLOOR INSTALLED THROUGH OUT THE UNIT.
THE CEILING SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WATER
INTRUSION OR DAMAGE. THE WALLS ARE
INTACT WITH PANELING ON THE WALLS AND
THE UNIT IS STRUCTURALLY SOUND. THERE IS
EVIDENCE THAT SOMEONE MAY HAVE OR IS
CURRENTLY USING THIS MOBILE AS A HAVEN
AS THERE IS ONE BEDROOM WITH A BED AND A
BLANKET ON THE COUCH IN THE LIVING ROOM.
THE MASTER BATHROOM MAY BE FUNCTIONAL IF
THERE WAS WATER SUPPLIED TO THE HOME BUT
UNSURE OF THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM VIABILITY.
EXTERIOR DOORS ARE FUNCTIONAL AND
WEATHER TIGHT. INTERIOR DOORS ARE IN
PLACE AND MOST OF THE HARDWARE IS
INSTALLED. THE HEATER/STOVE/FIREPLACE IN
THE LIVING ROOM AREA IS A HAZARD AND
MUST BE REMOVED. THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY
CONNECTED TO THE MOBILE. THE ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM APPEARS TO BE INTACT ALTHOUGH
THERE ARE SOME FIXTURES MISSING AND
BROKEN. THIS MOBILE IS STRUCTURALLY
SOUND AND COULD BE REHABILITATED BUT THE
COSTS OF REHABILITATION WOULD CERTAINLY
EXCEED THE APPRAISED VALUE OF THE
STRUCTURE, THEREFORE I RECOMMEND REMOVAL
FROM THE SITE.
