IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THE A/C DUCT
WORK WILL HAVE TO BE UPGRADED TO R8 WITH
NEW INSTALL. THERE IS AN OPEN SPACE IN
THE ELECTRIC PANEL THAT WILL REQUIRE A
BLANK INSTALLED. THE ELECTRIC PANEL
FEEDERS ARE A PLUG IN CONNECTION, THESE
WILL HAVE TO BE DIRECT WIRED TO THE MAIN
DISCONNECT. GFCI PROTECTED OUTLETS WILL
NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN THE KITCHEN AND
BATHROOM AREAS. A CHECK VALVE WILL NEED
TO BE INSTALLED IN THE WATER SUPPLY
PIPING AND THE WATER HEATER RELIEF
PIPING WILL HAVE TO BE UPGRADED TO 3/4"
AND EXTEND THROUGH THE SKIRTING WITH NEW
INSTALL.
