LIVING ROOM HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND MOST
OF THE FLOOR, JUST A COUPLE OF AREAS
THAT ARE STILL WEAK. MET KEYON ONSITE
AND DID WALK THRU WITH HIM. THE BLOCK
AND TIE SYSTEM STILL NEEDS TO BE
CERTIFIED BY AN INSTALLER. THE SEPTIC
SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE CERTIFIED. SCREENS
HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ON THE WINDOWS AND
THEY ARE OPERABLE BUT LOCKS NEED TO BE
INSTALLED ON SOME OF THE WINDOWS. THE
PLUMBING NEEDS TO BE CONNECTED TO THE
HALL BATH SINK AND THE PLUMBING PIPES
NEED TO BE SECURED IN THE LAUNDRY AREA.
SOME LIGHT FIXTURES STILL NEED TO BE
INSTALLED ALONG WITH SMOKE DETECTOR AND
GFCI OUTLETS. PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR
THIS WORK.

HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE TAX ROLLS AS
UNINHABITABLE. PEACELAND PROPERTIES
REQUESTED AN INSPECTION TO DETERMINE
REPAIRS NEEDED TO MEET BUILDING AND
STANDARD HOUSING CODES. THERE HAS BEEN
EXTENSIVE REPAIRS PERFORMED ON THIS
PROPERTY AT THIS TIME BUT MUCH MORE
NEEDED TO MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS. THE
BLOCK AND TIE SYSTEM OF THE MOBILE UNITS
WILL HAVE TO BE BROUGHT UP TO CURRENT
CODE REQUIREMENTS. THIS WILL HAVE TO BE
ACCOMPLISHED BY A CERTIFIED MOBILE HOME
INSTALLER AND A PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED.
THE INSULATION AND BOTTOM BOARD BENEATH
MOBILE HOME WILL HAVE TO BE
REPAIRED/INSTALLED PER CURRENT CODE
REQUIREMENT. THE SEPTIC SYSTEM WILL HAVE
TO BE CERTIFIED BY A SEPTIC SYSTEM
INSTALLER AND APPROVED BY THE HEALTH
DEPARTMENT. ALL OF THE WINDOWS WILL HAVE
TO BE MADE OPERABLE OR REPLACED. SASHES
MUST REMAIN IN OPEN POSITION WHEN OPENED
AND SCREENS MUST BE INSTALLED. THE SOUTH
EXTERIOR WALL IN THE LIVING ROOM AND
FRONT BEDROOM IS NOT SECURED TO THE
TRAILER FRAME AT THE BOTTOM. THIS WILL
HAVE TO BE INVESTIGATED AND REPAIRED
WITH PROPER ANCHORING. GFCI PROTECTED
OUTLETS WILL HAVE TO BE INSTALLED IN THE
KITCHEN AND BATHROOM AREAS. AN OPERABLE
SMOKE DETECTOR WILL HAVE TO BE
INSTALLED. THE PLUMBING PIPES IN THE
UTILITY AREA WILL HAVE TO BE SECURED TO
FRAMING MEMBERS. THE PLUMBING IN THE
HALL BATHROOM WILL HAVE TO BE COMPLETED.
THE WATER SUPPLY IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE
TOILET NOR THE SINK AND THE DRAIN PIPING
IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE SINK. THE ENTIRE
PLUMBING SYSTEM WILL NEED TO BE
INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE. THE ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM APPEARS TO BE IN RELATIVELY GOOD
CONDITION BUT THERE ARE SOME LIGHT
FIXTURES THAT WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED
AND ELECTRIC OUTLETS THAT NEED TO BE
SECURED IN PLACE. THERE ARE SEVERAL WEAK
SECTIONS IN THE FLOOR, THE MASTER BATH,
MASTER CLOSET, MASTER BEDROOM, FRONT
BEDROOM TO MENTION A FEW. ALL OF THE
FLOOR SYSTEM WILL HAVE TO BE
STRUCTURALLY SOUND AND INTACT NOT
ALLOWING EXPOSURE TO EXTERIOR
ENVIRONMENT. TWO SEPERATE PERMITS WILL
BE REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT, ONE FOR
THE BLOCK AND TIE SYSTEM AND ANOTHER FOR
THE INTERIOR REPAIRS/ WINDOW
REPLACEMENT.
