SHINGLED ROOF IN FAIR CONDITION THAT HAS
BEEN ABANDONED. THE HOME IS STRUCTURALLY
SOUND WITH NO SIGNS OF SETTLEMENT OR
STRUCTURAL DEFECTS. THE SHINGLE ROOF IS
IN DIRE NEED OF REPLACEMENT. THE CEILING
SHOWS SEVERAL AREAS OF WATER INTRUSION
THE WORST OF WHICH HAS DRYWALL CEILING
COLLAPSED. THIS AREA HAS A GARBAGE CAN
PLACED UNDER IT TO COLLECT RAIN WATER.
INSPECTION OF THIS AREA SHOWED NO SIGN
OF DAMAGE TO THE TRUSS/ROOF STRUCTURAL
SYSTEM. THE WOOD FASCIA AND OVERHANG HAS
ROTTED AND COLLAPSED IN LARGE PORTIONS
ALL AROUND THE HOME AND THE TRUSS TAILS
ARE ROTTED ALSO DUE TO WATER INTRUSION
FROM FAULTY SHINGLES. THERE IS WOOD
SIDING ATTACHED TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE
BLOCK STRUCTURE ON THE FRONT OF THE
HOME. THIS SIDING IS UNPAINTED AND HAS
COME LOOSE FROM THE BLOCK AND FALLEN IN
AREAS BUT DOES NOT COMPROMISE THE BLOCK
STRUCTURE ITSELF. THE PLUMBING SYSTEM IS
SUSPECT IN ONE BATHROOM AND HAS BEEN
REPLACED IN THE OTHER. THERE ARE SIGNS
OF MICE OR RATS PRESENT. THE HOME AND
GARAGE NEED TO BE CLEANED AS IT IS
CLUTTERED WITH BELONGINGS AND ABANDONED.
THE PREMISES ARE OVERGROWN WITH WEEDS
AND A HAVEN FOR SNAKES WHICH WERE
OBSERVED DURING INSPECTION. THE
SCREENING IN THE SCREEN PORCH IS TORN
AND IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT AND SOME OF
THE WINDOW SCREENS ARE MISSING. THE
WINDOWS ARE INTACT AND GLAZED. THE
INTERIOR DOORS ARE INTACT WITH HARDWARE.

BUT ELECTRIC SYSTEM APPEARS TO BE
INTACT. PROPERTY IS LAKEFRONT AND
REPARABLE BUT REPAIRS NEED TO BE DONE
BEFORE FURTHER DAMAGE TO STRUCTURAL
INTEGRITY OCCURS.
