WIRING IS NOT ENERGIZED. THERE WERE ALSO
EXPOSED WIRES AT THE A/C COMPRESSOR
LOCATION. AGAIN THE COMPRESSOR HAS BEEN
REMOVED AND THE WIRES ARE NOT ENERGIZED.
ALSO OBSERVED THAT THE STAIRS AND
RAILINGS TO THE DOORS DO NOT MEET CODE
REQUIREMENTS AND NEED TO BE STABALIZED.
THERE IS ALSO ONE WINDOW THAT HAS THE
SASH MISSING LEAVING THE STRUCTURE OPEN
TO EXTERIOR ENVIRONMENT. ONE OF THE
EXTERIOR DOORS HAS ALSO BEEN REMOVED
LEAVING ONLY THE STORM DOOR IN USE AS AN
EXTERIOR DOOR. SOME OF THE SKIRTING IS
MISSING AROUND THE MOBILE HOME. THE
PREMISES ARE UNKEPT AND SCATTERED WITH
DEBRIS AND OBSERVING THROUGH THE WINDOWS
THE INTERIOR OF THE HOME IS CLUTTERED
AND ALSO UNKEPT. THE ELECTRICAL WIRING
NEEDS TO BE CAPPED AND SECURED IN PROPER
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT. THE STAIRS AND
RAILINGS NEED TO BROUGHT UP TO CODE
REQUIREMENTS. THE WINDOW NEEDS TO HAVE A
SASH INSTALLED THAT PROPERLY FITS INTO
FRAME. AN ENTRY DOOR NEEDS TO BE
INSTALLED THAT IS WEATHER TIGHT. THE
PREMISES NEED TO BE CLEANED UP AND THE
SKIRTING NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED.
