UP THE TRAILER(WHICH HASN'T MOVED SINCE
MY LAST VISIT) AND HAUL. HER DAUGHTER
THEN SAID WE PUT IT OUT AND THE DOGS GET
INTO IT. THEN I SAID WELL YOU ARE REALLY
SUPPOSED TO HAVE TIGHT FITTING LIDS ON
YOU GARBAGE CANS SO THAT WON'T HAPPEN.
SHE HAD SEVERAL BAGS ON THE GROUND
AROUND THE RV AND A TRASH CAN IN THE
YEARD OVERFLOWING, AND THERE WAS LOOSE
TRASH OUT BY THE CANS. WE ALSO TALKED
ABOUT THE TRUCK AND TRAILERS &(RV) NOT
HAVING CURRENT TAGS. SHE ALSO STATED
THAT SHE HASN'T EVER LIVED AT A PROPERTY
THAT SHE HAS TO BE TOLD WHAT SHE CAN OR
CAN'T DO ON HER PROPERTY. AT THIS TIME
THE CONVERSATION WAS GOOD AND I STATED I
NEEDED TO TAKE SOME PICTURES AND SHE
NEVER REFUSED. WHILE TAKING PICTURES
SOMEONE DROVE UP OUTSIDE OF HER FENCE
AND SHE WAS TALKING TO THEM. SHE CAME TO
MY TRUCK DOOR AND ASKED IF I COULD PULL
OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY SO THAT THEY COULD
PULL IN. SO I DID PULL OUT AND PULLED
ONTO THE RIGHT OF WAY OUTSIDE OF HER
FENCE TO CONTINUE TO WRITE THE WARNING.
HER DAUGHTER CAME OUT TO THE TRUCK AND
ASKED IF I WAS ALMOST DONE THAT THEY
WERE GOING TO GO SOMEWHERE. I ASKED HER
TO ASK HER MOM IF SHE COULD GIVE ME A
FEW MORE MINUTES. ONCE DONE I WALKED TO
THE DRIVEWAY WHERE WENDI MET ME AND SHE
HAD A WHOLE DIFFERENT ATTITUDE TOWARD
ME. SHE WAS ADVISED OF THE CODE AND TOLD
HER THE WARNING WERE FOR THE GRASS,
ACCUMULATION THAT WE HAD SPOKE OF AND
THE DATE TO CORRECT WAS APRIL 15TH. SHE
THEN SAID SHE REFUSED TO SIGN THE
WARNING NOTICE THAT SHE DOESN'T THINK
THAT IT'S RIGHT. THEN I TOLD HER THAT
NOT SIGNING COULD MEAN A MISDEMEANOR IF
I CALL THE LAW. SHE THEN SAID THAT SHE
WOULD SIGN THAT SHE HAD ALREADY CALLED
HER LAWYER. I REPLIED "OH THAT WAS
FAST". SHE DIDN'T THINK THAT CE COULD
WALK THE PROPERTY AND TAKE PICTURES.
THEN I SAID TO HER THAT WHEN I ARRIVED
AND SAID I NEEDED TO TAKE PICTURES AT
THE BEGINING, YOU DIDN'T REFUSE. " SHE
THEN SAY OH I SAID NO" WHICH IS NOT
TRUE. WENDI SIGNED WARN. CIT.#9916 FOR
5.6-3. 5.6-2(1&2) AND #9917 FOR 5-20 AND
TO CORRECT BY 4-15-16. I GAVE HER THE
COPIES AND I WENT BACK TO MY TRUCK WHICH
WAS PARKED ON COUNTY R/W IN FRONT OF HER
HOUSE. I WAS MAKING MY FILE FOLDER AND
TYPING IN MY NOTES WHEN A YOUNG MAN CAME
FROM THE BRONZE BLAZER IN HER YARD AND
ASKED ME WHY AM I STILL PARKED HERE. I
TOLD HIM THAT I WAS DOING MY PAPERWORK.
HE ASKED IF I GET PAID TO SIT HERE. I
REPLIED YES WE ARE EQUIPPED IN OUR
TRUCKS AND THEY PREFER THAT WE DO OUR
PAPERWORK IN THE FIELD TO KEEP WORKING.
I ASKED HIM IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND
HE SAID "YEAH I DON'T KNOW WHY YOUR
STILL "F" SITTING HERE. I REPLIED THAT I
DON'T THINK HE NEEDED TO TALK TO ME THAT
WAY. HE WALKED OFF MUMBLING AND THEN
WALKED INTO THE DRIVEWAY APPROACHING
WENDI AND STILL YELLED SOMETHING TO ME,
IN WHICH I DIDN'T HEAR HIM. I THEN LEFT
THE PROPERTY AND STOPPED DOWN THE ROAD
TO FINISH MY PAPERWORK FOR THE FILE.

THAT UNLESS SHE IS SELLING THE PROPERTY,
IT WILL STILL BE IN HER NAME THAT SHE
WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
