AND THE REMAINDER RESPONDENTS: ANITA
HUGGINS, JENNIFER BROWN, GEORGIA A. BAST
AND/OR JACKIE HUGGINS ESTATE, DONNA
HUGGINS, JACKIE HENDRICKES HUGGINS, AND
RICHARD JOHN HUGGINS WERE DISMISSED. THE
SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FOUND THAT PROPER
NOTICE OF THE VIOLATIONS HAD BEEN
PROVIDED TO THE RESPONDENTS, THAT THE
RESPONDENTS HAD BEEN GIVEN A REASONABLE
TIME TO CORRECT THE VIOLATIONS, THAT THE
VIOLATIONS CONTINUED BEYOND THE TIME
SPECIFIED FOR CORRECTION, AND THAT
PROPER NOTICE OF THE HEARING WAS

MAGISTRATE FOUND THAT BY FAILING TO
APPEAR AT THE HEARING, THE RESPONDENTS
