PERMIT FOR INSTALLATION FOR HABITATION AND
VIOLATES SET-BACK REQUIREMENTS; COULD BE A FIRE
HAZARD, DANGER TO THE PEOPLE AROUND HIM. GIVE
COPY TO ZONING FOR VIOLATION OF SET-BACKS.

CHAPTER, EXCEPT A 5 FT SETBACK SHALL BE
KEPT IN FRONT AND REAR AND SIDES, PER
