TENANT COMPLAINT. PEACELAND PROPERTIES IS THE
PROPERTY MANAGER. SEVERAL THINGS WRONG, SOME
WHERE WRONG WHEN TENANT MOVED IN AND THEY SAID
THEY WOULD FIX THEM, AND NOW NEW STUFF IS WRONG,
AND SHE CANT GET AHOLD OF THEM/THEY DONT RESPOND
TO HER CALLS.
THEY SAID THEY ORDERED NEW SLIDING GLASS DOORS,
THEY DONT CLOSE PROPERLY, AND BUGS GET INTO THE
HOME. THE FLOOR BY THE DOORS IS ROTTED AND NEED
REPLACED. UNDERNEATH THE MASTER BEDROOM SIDE OF
TRAILER A PIPE TO THE BATHROOM LEAKS WATER. IN
THE SECOND BATHROOM IT LEAKS WATER THROUGH THE
VENT IN THE CEILING. THE BACK DOOR DOES NOT CLOSE
PROPERLY, CAN NOT LOCK IT FROM THE OUTSIDE.

SHE SHOWED ME THAT THE SLIDING GLASS
DOOR DID NOT OPERATE PROPERLY AND SAID
THAT THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY
SAID THEY HAD ORDERED A NEW DOOR AND
THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REPLACE BUT
HAD NOT DONE SO. I NOTICED THAT THE
FLOOR WAS WEAK AND SOFT IN THIS AREA
ALSO PROBABLY FROM WATER INTRUSION.
THE
FLOOR WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED WHEN THE
NEW DOOR IS INSTALLED. SHE ALSO SAID
THAT THE BATHROOM VENT LEAKS WHEN IT
RAINS. I DID NOT OBSERVE LEAKING AND
DID NOT GO ON ROOF TO INVESTIGATE BUT
POSSIBLE ROOF LEAK NEEDS TO BE
INVESTIGATED. THE REAR ENTRY DOOR
LATCH
DOES NOT LATCH OR LOCK PROPERLY CAUSING
IT TO NOT BE WEATHER TIGHT. DOOR NEEDS
TO BE REPAIRED TO LATCH AND LOCK
PROPERLY. THERE ARE SEVERAL ELECTRICAL
COVERS MISSING ON OUTLETS. THERE IS
ALSO A LEAK IN THE WATER PIPING UNDER
THE MOBILE AT THE MASTER BATH AREA THAT
TENANT SAYS WAS REPAIRED BUT IS STILL
LEAKING. THIS LEAK NEEDS TO BE
PROPERLY
REPAIRED. I CALLED MARIO AT PEACELAND
PROPERTIES AND HE SAID THAT THEY WERE
SCHEDULED TO BE AT THIS ADDRESS TODAY
BUT TECHNICIAN HAD A MEDICAL EMERGENCY
AND THAT THEY WOULD BE AT THIS SITE
