WHEN IN USE OR AWAY TO PREVENT
FLOODING.
THE OLD AWNING WINDOWS DO NOT OPERATE

LOCK AND MANY HAVE BROKEN PANES OF
GLASS. THERE IS A HOLE IN THE SHOWER
WALL THAT ALLOWS WATER INTRUSION INTO
THE WALL CAVITY THAT WILL CAUSE
STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. THE BATHROOM
CABINET
IS ROTTED AND THE DOORS ARE NOT
ATTACHED
TO THE CABINET AND FALL OFF WHEN
OPENED.
THE EXTERIOR DOOR LEADING TO THE
CARPORT
AREA IS DAMAGED AND IS NOT WEATHERTITE.
THERE IS NO SMOKE DETECTOR IN THE HOME
AND THERE IS AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET IN
THE
UTILITY ROOM AREA THAT IS NOT MOUNTED
AND IS HANGING FROM THE CONDUCTOR
WIRING. THE POST NEEDS TO BE REPLACED
AND PROPERLY ATTACHED, THE WATER LEAK
NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED, THE WINDOWS NEED
TO BE REPLACED OR REPAIRED TO PROPER
OPERATION AND LOCKING STATUS, THE HOLE
IN THE SHOWER NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED, THE
BATHROOM CABINET NEEDS TO BE REPLACED,
THE EXTERIOR DOOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED,
A SMOKE DETECTOR NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED
AND THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET NEEDS TO BE
PROPERLY ATTACHED TO THE FRAMING.
