ANSWER SPECIFICALLY TO HIS QUESTIONS, I
PERSONALLY KNEW OF NO SPECIFIC SEARCH
WARRANTS IN THE PREVIOUS 4 TO 5 YEARS,
AND WE FOLLOWED POLICIES VIA CODE OF
ORDINANCES. HE ALSO WANTED TO KNOW IF CE
WAS CERTIFIED, WHICH CE IS THROUGH
FLORIDA ASSOCIATION OF CODE ENFORCEMENT.
HIS VOICE WAS LOUD AND HE APPEARED TO
QUESTION A INSPECTION DONE PREVIOUSLY BY
CE WHO WERE WALKING THE ADJACENT
PROPERTY OWNED BY A "RICK" HE WANTED US
TO KNOW THAT HE HAD SPOKEN TO RICK AND
THAT RICK HAD INDICATED THAT CE DID NOT
HAVE RECENT PERMISSION TO WALK THE
PROPERTY. DUE TO THE CONVERSATION, MR
DUNN CAME TO THE COUNTER AND INDICATED
THAT CE HAS BEEN TRYING TO WORK WITH HIM
AND ALL WE WANTED IS TO HAVE THE
PROPERTY CLEARED OF VIOLATIONS AND THE
CASE WOULD BE CLOSED. THE OWNER
INDICATED HE WANTED TO FILE A COMPLAINT
REGARDING THE ACTIONS OF CE WHO WALKED
THE ADJOINING PROPERTY AND ALSO
REQUESTED TO REVIEW THE CURRENT AND
