DEMOLITION AND WOULD BE REMOVING. THE
POST LIGHT MENTIONED AS NOT WORKING IS
ON A SWITCH AND HAS BEEN OPERABLE ALL
ALONG. THE YARD IS MOWED AND DEBRIS FROM
TREE TRIMMING HAS BEEN REMOVED. PREMISES
ARE IN ORDER AND OWNER HAS COMPLIED.

THE BOTTOM AND BEEN REPAIRED AND THE
FRAME IS NOW ROTTING. THE SIDE ENTRY
DOOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. AND THE
CEILING REPAIRED. THE REAR PORCH CEILING
IS LEAKING AND HAS ALSO STARTED TO
COLLAPSE. THE WINDOWS ON THE REAR PORCH
ARE INOPERABLE AND ARE UNABLE TO CLOSE.
THERE IS EXPOSED ELECTRICAL WIRING ON
THE EXTERIOR OF THE REAR
PORCH
THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AND THE PORCH
CEILING/ROOF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THE
EXTERIOR OUTLET ON THE REAR OF THE
HOUSE
DOES NOT WORK NOR DOES THE POST LIGHT
