IS IN APARTMENT #1. THE APARTMENT HAS
WINDOWS THAT ARE INOPERABLE WITH NO
SCREENS. ONE ELECRTICAL OUTLET IS LOOSE
IN THE WALL SOCKET ALLOWING
SHORT-CIRCUITING TO OCCUR. THE AIR
CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK NOR DOES THE
SMOKE DETECTOR AND THE CEILING HAS LARGE
STAINS FROM OBVIOUS ROOF LEAKS. TENANT
ALSO COMPLAINED OF BUG INFESTATION. IF
THE A/C IS NOT REPAIRED THEN THE WINDOWS
WILL NEED TO BE MADE OPERABLE AND
SCREENS INSTALLED. THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET
NEEDS TO BE SECURED IN THE BOX. THE
ROOF NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED AND AN
OPERATING SMOKE DETECTOR INSTALLED. THE
BUG INFESTATION NEEDS TO BE
INVESTIGATED.
