THE ADDRESS. MR. SHI WAS IN THE OFFICE
AT LEAST TWO DIFFERENT TIMES NOT HAVING
THE PROPER PLANS NEEDED FOR PERMITTING
AND FIRE MARSHAL REVIEW. I FINALLY
CONCLUDED TO HAVE FIRE MARSHAL, MYSELF
AND OWNER MEET AT SITE TO TRY TO HELP
EXPEDITE PERMIT. FIRE MARSHAL AND I MET
WITH OWNER AT SITE ON NOVEMBER 17, 2015
AND THAT IS WHEN I REALIZED THAT THIS
CASE WAS INVOLVED. FIRE MARSHAL HAD
SEVERAL OTHER CONCERNS AND WROTE
INSPECTION REPORT ON DECEMBER 1, 2015.
DURING THIS MEETING OWNER AND TENANT
WERE TOLD TO REMOVE THE EXTENTION CORD
AND RECONNECT THE POWER TO THE BACK
BUILDING AS DESIGNED.
