PROPERTY MANAGER IS PEACELAND PROPERTIES.
ONE BATHROOM WALL IS COMPLETLEY ROTTED, TILES
FALLING OFF, ROACHES IN WALL. SECONDE BATHROOM IS
STARTING TO HAVE SAME PROBLEM, WITH TILES FALLING
OFF ETC. THE SUPPORT BEAM ON THE BACK PORCH IS
ROTTED AND UNSTABLE, DRYWALL FALLING OFF. THERE
ARE NO SCREENS IN THE WINDOWS, ONE WINDOW HAS
BULLET HOLES IN IT. THERE IS BLACK MOLD IN BOTH
BATHROOM, THAT MANAGER COVERED UP WITH CAULKING.
SEVERAL OUTLETS IN APARTMENT DON'T WORK. THERE IS
A PROBLME WITHT THE A/C, IT STAYS ABOUT 83 DEGREES
IN THE APARTMENT AND THERE ELECTRIC BILL IS ABOUT
$400.00. THE KITCHEN SINK LEAKS AND A SUPPORT B
EAM NEXT TO THE BACK DOOR IS ROTTED AWAY.

NEEDS TO BE REINSTALLED AND ANCHORED TO
MEET FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. TENANT
ALSO
SHOWED ME THE KITCHEN SINK DRAIN THAT
APPARENTLY LEAKS AND HAS A BUCHET UNDER
IT FULL OF DRAIN WATER. PLUMBING DRAIN
NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. THE DOOR ON THE
STOVE DOES NOT SHUT PROPERLY CAUSING
THE
KITCHEN TO BECOME HOT WHEN IN USE. THE
TILE WORK IN BOTH THE BATH TUB AND
SHOWER IS FALLING OFF OF THE WALL AND
SUBSTRATE IS COMPROMISED. TILE NEEDS
TO
BE REPLACED IN BOTH BATHROOMS. THE
FRONT DOOR HARDWARE IS BROKEN AND DOES
NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY AND NEEDS TO BE
REPLACED. A FRONT WINDOW HAS WHAT
APPEARS TO BE BULLET HOLES IN IT. THIS
PANE OF GLASS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.
ALSO, THE TENANT SAYS THAT THE A/C
DUCTWORK IN THE ATTIC IS FAULTY FROM
RODENTS THAT HAVE GAINED ACCESS THROUGH
PORCH CEILING. THE DUCTWORK NEEDS TO
BE
INSPECTED AND REPAIRED AS NEEDED.
