TENANT COMPLAINT.
MOVED IN JUNE 24, TOLD HER THAT NEW APPLIANCES
WERE INSTALLED AND WOULD FIX THE LOCKS. THE
REFRIGERATOR DOES NOT WORK. RUINED THE GROCERIES.
HAS BROUGHT ANOTHER REFRIGERATOR THAT DOS NOT
WORK. THE WINDOWS DO NOT HAVE LOCKS ON THEM, NO
SCREENS IN THE WINDOWS.

WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR FOR SOME TIME AS
LANDLORD IS APPARENTLY ON VACATION.
ALSO OBSERVED ELECTRICAL OUTLET ON THE
FRONT SCREEN PORCH THAT HAS COME
DETATCHED FROM THE WALL AND NEEDS TO BE
REANCHORED. ALSO AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET
IN THE LIVING ROOM IS NOT ATTACHED TO
THE BOX. THIS NEEDS TO BE SECURED TO
PREVENT ARCHING AND SHORT CIRCUITING.
MANY OF THE WINDOWS EITHER ARE
INOPERABLE OR DO NOT HAVE LOCKING
LATCHES TO PROVIDE BASIC SECURITY.
WINDOWS WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED TO BE
OPERABLE AND LOCKABLE OR BE REPLACED.
THE ENTRY DOORS BOTH FRONT AND REAR DO
NOT SEAL AROUND DOOR FRAME AND AT THE
BOTTOM THRESHOLD. STANDARD HOUSING
CODE
REQUIRES THAT ENTRY DOORS BE
WEATHERTIGHT. FINALLY THERE IS NO SMOKE
DETECTOR IN THE APARTMENT. ONE WILL
HAVE TO BE INSTALLED.
