PROVIDED TO THE RESPONDENT. THE SPECIAL

AGAINST THE WALL OF THE LIVING ROOM
LEAVING THE GLASS DOOR OPENING FULLY
OPEN TO EXTERIOR ENVIRONMENT. TWO
OTHER
WINDOWS HAVE BROKEN GLASS ALLOWING WATER
INTRUSION. TWO INTERIOR DOORS ARE
MISSING AND TWO OTHERS HAVE NO HARDWARE
ON THEM. THE BATHROOM TB UNIT HAS BEEN
REMOVED ALONG WITH THE SINK AND CABINET
IN THE BATHROOM. THE CEILING SHOWS
SIGNS OF ROOF LEAKS AND IS FALLING DOWN
AT PEAK OF LIVING ROOM WHERE UNITS
MEET.
THE FRONT DOOR IS NOT WEATHERTIGHT AND
NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THERE ARE NO
STAIRS TO THE FRONT PORCH OR THE REAR
ENTRY DOORS. THE FRONT PORCH DOES NOT
MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS AND WILL HAVE TO
BE REPLACED. THE ROOF APPEARS TO BE
WELL AGED AND IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT.

COUNTED 13 HOLES IN THE INTERIOR WALLS
RANGING FROMA HOLE CAUSED BY THE HANDLE
OF A DOOR BUSTING THROUGH THE DRYWALL
TO
THE ENTIRE WALL MISSING BENEATH A
WINDOW. I ALSO COUNTED 10 ELECTRICAL
OUTLETS DISLODGED FROM ATTACHMENT AND
HANGING FROM THE CONDUCTORS. THE
PREMISES ARE OVERGROWN WITH KNEE HIGH
WEEDS AND DEBRIS, TIRES, STAIRS THAT
HAVE BEEN REMOVED,FURNITURE, LAYING
AROUND THE STRUCTURE. THE ONLY ROOM IN
THE HOUSE THAT WAS EMPTY HAD A LARGE
AMOUNT OF DOG FEECES WERE APPARENTLY A
DOG WAS LEFT TO FEND FOR HIMSELF AND
NOT
CLEANED UP AFTER. I POSTED THE
PROPERTY
AS UNINHABITABLE AND RECOMMEND
DEMOLITION OF THE STRUCTURE DUE TO THE
COST OF REHABILITATION EXCEEDING
APPRAISED VALUE OF STRUCTURE.
