WITH A PUBLIC HEARING SO THAT CE WOULD
HIRE SOMEONE TO REPAIR THE SCREENS. BOB
WOULD JUST LIKE TO SEE THE SCREENS
FIXED, YARD MOWED, THE GRILL, BASKETBALL

SCREEN SECTIONS IN THE POOL ENCLOSURE
LOOSE OR TORN. THIS ENCLOSURE IS
FUNCTIONING AS THE POOL BARRIER AND THE
LOOSE SECTIONS ALLOW ACCESS TO THE POOL
AREA WHICH WOULD VIOLATE CODE
REQUIREMENTS. ALSO ONE UPPER SECTION OF
ONE OF THE DOORS HAS DAMAGED SCREEN AND
THE KICKPLATE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR
HAS COME OUT AND IS LAYING ON THE GROUND
IN THE VICINITY OF THE DOOR. THE OTHER
DOOR HAS DAMAGED VINYL IN THE LOWER
SECTION. THE SCREEN AND VINYL NEEDS TO
BE REPAIRED TO MAINTAIN CODE COMPLIANCE.
ALSO CHECKED THE DECK AND BOATHOUSE AND
FOUND 3 OF THE DECK BOARDS THAT HAVE
DETERIORATED AND NEED TO BE REPLACED.
ALSO THERE WAS A RAILING ON THE CANAL
SIDE OF THE DECK THAT THE TOP RAIL HAS
COME OFF LEAVING THE SUPPORT POSTS WITH
NAILS EXPOSED ON THE TOP THAT COULD
CAUSE A DANGER. THE RAILING IS NOT
REQUIRED BY CODE SO THE SUPPORT POSTS
JUST NEED TO BE REMOVED OR THE NAILS
REMOVED FROM THEM. THE DOGS WERE NOT
BARKING WHEN I ARRIVED BUT DID START
WHEN I BECAME VISIBLE TO THEM AT THE
REAR OF THE HOUSE. THEY WERE IN A PEN
INSIDE OF A FENCED AREA. WHEN I RETURNED
TO MY VEHICLE I WAITED TO SEE HOW LONG
THEY WOULD CONTINUE BARKING. THEY CEASED
WITHIN 4-5 MINUTES BEFORE LEAVING.
