WALLS STANDING. THE REAR BLOCK WALL IS
STRUCTURALLY COMPROMISED. THIS SIDE OF
THE STRUCTURE WILL HAVE TO BE CLEANED
UP AND THE REMAINING BLOCK WALLS THAT
ARE STANDING DEMOLISHED. THE SOUTH SIDE
HAS
SUFFERED MUCH LESS DAMAGE. THE FIRE
WALL
REMAINS IN PLACE EXCEPT FOR A REAR
PORTION ON THE BACK PORCH. THERE IS SOME
DRYWALL DAMAGE IN THE KITCHEN AREA AND
BACK BEDROOM I PRESUME FROM FIRE
FIGHTING ACTIVITY.
THE TRUSSES DO NOT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN
COMPROMISED ON THIS SIDE EXCEPT FOR THE
REAR PORCH AREA. THIS AREA MAY HAVE BEEN
A UTILITY ROOM. THE ROOF OVER
THIS ROOM HAS BURNED AND THE TRUSS
SYSTEM HAS BEEN COMPROMISED AND WILL
NEED
ENGINEERED REPAIR. THIS ROOM ALSO HAS
SUFFERED FIRE DAMAGE TO THE EXTERIOR
WALLS WHICH WILL REQUIRE ENGINEERED
REPAIR ALSO. OTHER THAN THIS ROOM AND
SOME COSMETIC REPAIR IN THE KITCHEN AND
BEDROOM THE SOUTH SIDE APPEARS
UNDAMAGED OTHER THAN SOME SLIGHT SMOKE
DAMAGE. REPAIR OF THE SOUTH SIDE IS
POSSIBLE AND DEMOLITION OF THE NORTH
SIDE WILL HAVE TO BE PERFORMED.
THE NORTH SIDE OF THIS DUPLEX HAS
SUFFER COMPLETE FIRE DAMAGE AND WILL
HAVE TO BE DEMOLISHED. THE SOUTH SIDE OF
THE DUPLEX HAS SUFFERED SOME EXTENSIVE
FIRE DAMAGE TO THE REAR UTILITY ROOM AND
BEDROOM AREAS. ENGINEERED REPAIR WILL
NEED TO BE MADE TO THESE AREAS AND THE
FIRE WALL REPAIRED ALONG WITH MINOR
DRYWALL REPAIR IN THE KITCHEN AREA AND
GENERAL CLEAN UP FROM FIRE FIGHTING
ACTIVITY.
