FROM NOT RECEIVING RETURN CALLS THAT
OWNER MAY HAVE REPAIRED PROBLEMS.
CALLED OWNER AND HE INDICATED THAT HE
HAD BEEN WORKING ON PROPERTYY AND WAS
CONTINUING TO MAKE REPAIRS. CALL FROM
TENANT YESTERDAY AND SET UP MEETING THIS
MORNING. THIS IS A MOBILE HOME IN FAIR
CONDITION. STRUCTURALLY SOUND. THE FRONT
AND REAR ENTRY DOORS ARE NOT WEATHER OR
WATER TIGHT CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE
FLOORING AND SUB-FLOOR AT THE FRONT
DOOR. OBSERVED SEVERAL ELECTRICAL
OUTLETS THAT ARE LOOSE FROM THE WALL
SOCKETS. THE CEILING IN THE BEDROOM
SHOWED SIGNS OF A ROOF LEAK THAT THE
OWNER SAID HE HAD REPAIRED. THE FLOOR
AND WALL IN THE BATHROOM IS DAMAGED
CAUSED BY WATER FROM SHOWERING GETTING
ON THE FLOOR AROUND SHOWER CURTAIN.
SEVERAL WINDOWS ARE INOPERABLE AND THE
SCREENS ARE MISSING IN MOST OF THE
WINDOWS. THERE ARE HOLES IN THE WALLS
THAT NEED TO BE REPAIRED. ONE BEDROOM
DOOR IS OUT OF THE FRAME THAT THE TENANT
CONFIRMED THAT HER SON HAD DAMAGED.
THERE IS NO SMOKE DETECTOR IN THE HOUSE.
THERE IS NO SKIRTING AROUND THE
STRUCTURE AND A RAILING IS MISSING ON
THE BACK STEPS.
THE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS NEED TO BE
SECURED IN THE WALL SOCKETS, ALL WINDOWS
NEED TO BE OPERABLE AND SCREENED, THE
EXTERIOR DOORS NEED TO BE MADE
WEATHER/WATER TIGHT, THE FLOORS AND
WALLS NEED TO BE REPAIRED, THE INTERIOR
DOOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND HARDWARE
INSTALLED AND SKIRTING NEEDS TO BE
INSTALLED AROUND STRUCTURE.
