7/15/2015 RECORDED ON THIS CASE NUMBER.
PLACARD HAD BEEN REMOVED AND I REPOSTED
AS UNINHABITABLE ON 7/17/2015.
MULTIPLE CASE NUMBERS FOR THIS PROPERTY.
THE MOBILE HOME HAS DETERIORATED FROM
LACK OF PROGRESS ON REHAB PROJECT. THERE
ARE NOW 2 MORE BROKEN WINDOWS BESIDES
THE ONE REPORTED ON 7/15/2015. PERMITS
HAVE NOT BEEN APPLIED FOR AS INSTRUCTED
AND NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE TO BRING UNIT
INTO CODE COMPLIANCE. UNIT IS UNSECURED
WITH UNLOCKED DOORS AND PRESENTS A
DANGER TO THE PUBLIC AS A SCHOOL BUS
STOP IS LOCATED DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF
THIS PROPERTY. CHILDREN COULD ENTER
UNNOTICED AND SUFFER INJURY AS GLASS
FROM THE BROKEN WINDOWS AND SHARDS STILL
ATTACHED TO THE FRAMES ARE A DANGER.
ADEQUATE TIME HAS PASSED FOR PERMITS TO
HAVE BEEN APPLIED FOR AND ASSUME PROJECT
HAS BEEN ABANDONED. IN CURRENT CONDITION
REHAB COSTS WOULD WELL EXCEED MARKET
VALUE AND CONDITIONS ARE WORSENING,
THEREFORE DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURE IS
RECOMMENDED. I SPOKE WITH BOBBY MIELKE
THE LAND OWNERS SON WHO SAYS THAT UNIT
HAS BEEN SOLD AND WORKING ON REGAINING
OWNERSHIP SO HE CAN DEMOLISH. I INFORMED
HIM THAT POSTINGS AND FURTHER ACTIONS
WERE IMMINENT.

THE ONE UNIT FACING CLOVERLEAF IS STILL
UNDER REHAB WITHOUT PERMITTING AND
APPEARS TO BE LIVED IN OR USED FOR
HABITATION. I HAD POSTED THIS UNIT AS
UNINHABITABLE AND SPOKE WITH GORDON
BOLLES WHO STATED HE HAD BOUGHT THE UNIT
AND WAS REHABBING IT AND THE EVIDENCE OF
HABITATION WAS FROM HIM "CRASHING" AS HE
WORKED ON IT. I HAVE INFORMED HIM THAT A
PERMIT WOULD NEED TO BE ACQUIRED TO
COMPLETE THE REHAB BUT NONE HAS BEEN
ISSUED OR APPLIED FOR. MY PLACARD HAS
BEEN REMOVED FROM THE STRUCTURE. I WILL
POST ANOTHER TOMORROW WITH A COPY OF
THIS REPORT ATTACHED AS WELL AS SEND A
COPY TO THE LISTED OWNER OF PROPERTY.
THIS UNIT NOW HAS A BROKEN WINDOW PANE
WITH DANGEROUS SHARDS OF GLASS ON THE
ROAD SIDE THAT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED
IMMEDIATELY. PERMIT WILL HAVE TO BE
OBTAINED FOR REMODEL WORK OR UNIT WILL
HAVE TO BE DEMOLISHED OR REMOVED FROM
SITE.
