ENFORCEMENT OFFICER JIM BANNISTER STATED
THAT VIOLATION FOR THE BEES WERE
CORRECTED BUT NO COMPLIANCE FOR THE HIGH
GRASS AND WEEDS. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE
FOUND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF THE
VIOLATIONS HAD BEEN PROVIDED TO THE

BEEN GIVEN A REASONABLE TIME TO CORRECT
THE VIOLATIONS, THAT THE VIOLATIONS
CONTINUED BEYOND THE TIME SPECIFIED FOR

THE HEARING WAS PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENTS. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE
FOUND THAT BY FAILING TO APPEAR AT THE
