THIS SITE*
TENANT COMPLAINT: THEY HAVE COMPLAINED SINCE
DECEMBER ABOUT THE FRONT DOOR LEAKING, HAD
MUSHROOMS GROWING AT DOOR BECAUSE ITS SO WET.
THEY SCRAPED UP MUSHROOMS AND INSTALLED CAULKING.
ITS BEEN LEAKING AGAIN, THE FLOOR IS COMPLETED
ROTTED, HOLE IN FLOOR NOW, CAN SEE THE GROUND,
BUGS COMING IT ETC. THE BATHROOM WINDOW LEAKS, THE
BACK DOOR LEAKS (DOOR FRAME IS ROTTED OUT). THERE
ARE ELECTRIC OUTLETS IN KIDS ROOM COVERED WITH RED
TAPE THAT DONT WORK.

TENANT ALSO SAID THAT WINDOW IN MASTER
BATHROOM ALSO LEAKS AND REAR DOOR IS NOT
"SUBSTANTIALLY WEATHERTITE" AS PER
STANDARD HOUSING CODE AND LEAKS ALSO.
THERE IS ONE ELECTRIC OUTLET IN THE
BEDROOM THAT HAS TAPE HOLDING IT IN
POSITION. THE FLOOR AT THE FRONT DOOR
NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED, THE SOURCE OF THE
WATER INTRUSION NEEDS TO BE DETERMINED
AND REPAIRED. THE REAR DOOR NEEDS TO BE
WEATHERSTRIPPED TO MAKE WEATHERTITE AND
THE BATHROOM WINDOW NEEDS TO BE CAULKED
TO PREVENT WATER INTRUSION. AN
ELECTRICIAN NEEDS TO REPAIR/REPLACE THE
OUTLET IN THE BEDROOM. ALSO, ALTHOUGH
NOT A CODE VIOLATION, THE A/C SYSTEM
NEEDS TO BE CHECKED AS IT IS NOT COOLING
PROPERLY.
