THE STAIRS. THE ROOF STRUCTURE OVER THE
PORCH DOES NOT MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS.
THERE IS A SECTION @ 15' LONG THAT THE
BOTTOM OF THE WALL FRAMING THAT ATTACHES
TO THE FRAME HAS ROTTED LEAVING THE WALL
UNANCHORED TO THE FRAME. THERE IS ONE
WINDOW THAT DOES NOT HAVE A SASH AT ALL
AND ANOTHER THAT HAS BROKEN GLASS
LEAVING UNIT EXPOSED TO EXTERIOR
ENVIRONMENT. LOOKING THROUGH THE NORTH
BROKEN WINDOW I OBSERVED CLUTTER AND
DEBRIS STREWN THROUGH OUT THE NORTH
BEDROOM AND A LARGE STAIN IN THE CEILING
OF THE LIVING ROOM AREA. THE ROOF IS
QUESTIONABLE BUT COULD ONLY SEE THIS ONE
AREA OF EVIDENCE OF WATER INTRUSION.
LOOKING THROUGH THE EAST CLOSED WINDOW I
OBSERVED MORE CLUTTER STREWN IN ANOTHER
BEDROOM AREA. INTERIOR DOORS WERE IN
PLACE WITH HARDWARE INSTALLED AT THESE
TWO ROOMS. THERE WERE HOLES IN THE WALLS
AND COVERS MISSING FROM THE ELECTRICAL
OUTLETS. LOOKING THROUGH THE SOUTHERN
MOST EAST SIDE WINDOW THAT HAD NO SASH I
OBSERVED MORE TRASH AND DEBRIS IN THIS
BEDROOM ALSO. THE WALLS HAD HOLES AND
SOME OF THE WALLS HAD THE DRYWALL
REPLACED AND PARTIALLY FINISHED BUT NOT
PAINTED. THE DOOR TO THE SOUTHERN
BEDROOM WAS REMOVED AND LAYING AMONGST
THE CLUTTER. ELECTRICAL OUTLETS WERE
HANGING FROM THE WALL SOCKETS EXPOSING
THE WIRING, UNSECURED AND UNCOVERED. THE
ELECTRIC SERVICE PANEL ON THE WEST OF
THE MOBILE HAD A COIL OF ROMEX WIRE
LAYING ON THE GROUND RUN FROM THE PANEL
ACROSS THE YARD TO THE PUMP AT THE REAR
OF THE PROPERTY. THE PREMISES WERE

COULD OBSERVE WOULD WELL EXCEED THE
MARKET VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE AND
RECOMMEND DEMOLITION OF THIS STRUCTURE.

YARD. THERE ARE SOME CHILDREN TOYS AND
SUCH THAT IS NOT A VIOLATION. YOUNG MAN
IS EDGING THE YARD NOW AND IS GOING TO
HAVE YARD CLEANED UP HE THINKS BY THE
END OF THE DAY / HE ALSO STATED THAT
THERE ARE 7 CHILDREN/NOT ALL LIVE HER
SOME LIVE POSSIBLE WITH OTHER PARENT???
BUT ALL DO COME AT SOME TIME / BSS/AH
