IS OUT IN THE CIRCUIT ON THE NORTH WALL
AND MANY OF THE OUTLETS ARE LOOSE AND
COME OUT OF THE WALL BOXES. THE FLOOR IN
THE BATHROOM IS WEAK AND THE TOILET IS
IN DANGER OF COLLAPSING THROUGH THE
FLOOR. THESE TWO ITEMS ARE OF MOST
IMPORTANCE AND NEED TO BE REPAIRED ASAP
AS THEY ARE SAFETY ISSUES. OTHER ISSUES
THE TENANT HAS CONCERNS WITH ARE THE
FLOORING IN THE KITCHEN AREA THAT HAS
COME APART, A HOLE THAT HE SAYS IS IN
THE FLOOR BEHIND THE STOVE, THE AIR
CONDITIONING DUCTS IN THE FLOOR ARE NOT
SEALED AROUND THE FLOOR, A WINDOW IS
LEAKING WATER WHEN IT RAINS, THE VINYL
SIDING IS COMING LOOSE ON THE NORTH SIDE
AND THE SOFFIT AT THE REAR NEEDS TO BE
ENCLOSED.
