EXTERIOR ENVIRONMENT. I ALSO SUSPECT
THAT THE FLOOR UNDER THE REFRIGERATOR IS
ALSO ROTTED DUE TO THE REFRIGERATOR
LEANING CONSIDERABLY TOWARDS THE WALL.
ALSO OBSERVED HOLES IN THE CABINETS AND
MOUSE TRAPS AND TENNANT SAYS MICE ARE
RAMPANT. THIS IS CLEARLY POSSIBLE WITH
THE HOLES IN THE FLOOR. ALSO OBSERVED
HOLES IN THE ROOF STRUCTURE OF THE SHED
THAT IS ALLOWING WATER INTRUSION WHICH
IS FLOWING INTO THE ELECTRIC PANEL
ASSEMBLY. THE HOLES IN THE FLOOR AND
THE CABINETS NEED TO BE REPAIRED AND A
NEW ROOF NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED ON THE
SHED AREA. THE ROOF WORK WILL REQUIRE
PERMITTING AND INSPECTION.
