WILLIAM LEE MCKENNA ADMITTED THE
VIOLATIONS. CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
APRIL HARTSEIL STATED THAT THE
RESPONDENT HAD CORRECTED ALL THE
VIOLATIONS EXCEPT FOR SECTION 5-20
(UNLICENSED, NON-OPERATING VEHICLE, OR
VESSEL) OF THE CODE. THE SPECIAL
MAGISTRATE FOUND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF
THE VIOLATIONS HAD BEEN PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENT, THAT THE RESPONDENT HAD BEEN
GIVEN A REASONABLE TIME TO CORRECT THE
VIOLATIONS, THAT THE VIOLATIONS
CONTINUED BEYOND THE TIME SPECIFIED FOR
CORRECTION, AND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF
THE HEARING WAS PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENT. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE
ADMITTED ALL EXHIBITS INTO EVIDENCE.
