I APOLOGIZE FOR HAVING TO CONTACT YOU
AGAIN ABOUT THE VENDORS THAT WE CAUSED
TO BE MOVED TO THEIR CURRENT LOCATION;
HOWEVER, THEY ARE ONCE AGAIN
CONTRIBUTING TO THEIR OWN DEMISE BY
EXEMPLIFYING THE IRRESPONSIBLE STREET
VENDOR CULTURE WHICH DRIVE PEOPLE TO
OPPOSE THEM. THE ATTACHED PHOTOGRAPHS
SHOW THAT THEY ARE TRASHING THE AREA AND
HAVE ERECTED PERMANENT STRUCTURES ON THE
PROPERTY. UNSURE IF THE PERMANENT
STRUCTURES ARE SUCH BY COUNTY DEFINITION
BUT ONCE THEY PLACE POSTS AND LEAVE THE
STRUCTURE ERECTED 24/7, EVEN WHEN THE
STAND IS CLOSED, ALONG WITH THE TRASH,
THERE ARE SOME IN LAKE PLACID THAT CALL
THAT PERMANENT.
COUNCILMAN DEBBIE WORLEY SPOKE WITH THE
PROPERTY OWNER ALASTAIR IBRAHIM AND
VERIFIED THAT THE VENDORS WERE GIVEN
PERMISSION TO BE ON THE PROPERTY. I
AM NOT AWARE OF ANY PLANS SUBMITTED TO
YOUR BOARDS TO APPROVE PERMANENT
STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY OR TO ALLOW
FOR TRASH ACCUMULATION 24/7.
I AM HEREBY PURSUING WHATEVER PROCESS IS
NEEDED TO IMPROVE THIS SITUATION.

I HAVE STARTED WITH YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE
