THE CEILINGS OF THE INTERIOR HAVE SMALL
STAINING SHOWING SIGNS OF ROOF LEAKS.
THESE ARE RELATIVELY SMALL LEAKS AND MAY
BE ABLE TO BE REPAIRED BY SEALING BUT I
WOULD RECCOMEND A NEW ROOF. IF NEW ROOF
IS INSTALLED THIS WOULD REQUIRE
PERMITTING AND INSPECTION. STAIRS AND
RAILINGS WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED AT
THE ENTRY DOORS, MISSING INTERIOR DOORS
WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED WITH WORKING

AS EVIDENCE OF BRICKS AND STONES LAYING

STRUCTURE. THE FLOOR STRUCTURE OF THE
MOBILE APPEARS TO BE STABLE AND FREE OF
HOLES EXCEPT FOR THE BATHROOM AREA. THE
BATHROOM AND KITCHEN AREA HAS BEEN
GUTTED AND APPEARS TO BE IN PROGRESS OF
REMODEL ALONG WITH THE LIVING ROOM AREA.
THIS UNIT IS CAPABLE OF REHAB BUT WILL
REQUIRE PERMITTING AND INSPECTION. THE
ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS WILL
NEED TO BE COMPLETELY REPLACED BY
LICENSED PROFESSIONALS AND WILL REQUIRE

PORTIONS OF THE EXTERIOR WALLS ARE
MISSING/ COLLAPSED AND THE ROOFING
MATERIAL IS MISSING ON ONE HALF OF THE
STRUCTURE. ALL OF THE WINDOWS ARE
BROKEN AND THE ROOF LEAKING HAS CAUSED
THE CEILING TO COLLAPSE AND HAS CAUSED
STRUCTURAL FAILURE TO THE ROOF SUPPORT
SYSTEM. THE INTERIOR IS STREWN WITH
TRASH AND GARBAGE, THE KITCHEN IS
GUTTED
AND THE FLOORS ARE COLAPSING IN AREAS.
ELECTRIC AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN
COMPROMISED. REHABILITATION OF THIS
UNIT IS NOT ATTAINABLE AND UNIT WILL
NEED TO BE DEMOLISHED.
LOT 14--THIS IS AN OLDER SINGLE WIDE
MOBILE HOME IN POOR CONDITION. THE
DOORS
ARE BOARDED SHUT SO ACCESS TO INTERIOR
WAS NOT POSSIBLE. THE ROOF APPEARS TO
BE INTACT STRUCTURALLY BUT BY LOOKING
THROUGH THE WINDOWS IT IS APPARENT THAT
IT LEAKS AS THE CEILINGS ARE STAINED
AND
FALLEN IN AREAS. STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY
IS UNDETERMINED. MOST OF THE WINDOWS
HAVE BROKEN GLASS THAT HAS ALLOWED
WATER
INTRUSION CAUSING STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO
THE WALLS AND WINDOW SILL AREAS. THE
PORCH THAT WAS ATTACHED TO THE EAST
SIDE
OF THE MOBILE HAS COLLAPSED AND
DETERIORATED. BY VISUAL INSPECTION
THROUGH WINDOWS I CAN SEE INTERIOR
DOORS
MISSING, INTERIOR WALLS DAMAGED AND THE
KITCHEN HAS BEEN GUTTED.
REHABILITATION
OF THIS UNIT IS ALSO UNATTAINABLE AND
THE UNIT WILL NEED TO BE DEMOLISHED.
LOT 15--THIS IS AN OLDER MODEL SINGLE
WIDE MOBILE HOME IN FAIR CONDITION.
THE
GATE WAS LOCKED WITH NO TRESPASSING
SIGNS SO VISUAL INSPECTION FROM ROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY AND NEIGHBORING PROPERTY
ONLY. LOCK ON GATE APPEARS TO BE NEW.
OBSERVED BOTH ENTRY DOORS WITH PLYWOOD
COVERING. TWO WINDOWS BOARDED ALSO.
TWO OTHER WINDOWS WITH BROKEN GLASS AND
NO STAIRS OR RAILING ON BACK ENTRY
DOOR.
MOBILE HAS A METAL ROOF OVER SYSTEM
COVERING ENTIRE MOBILE UNIT AND THERE
APPEARS TO BE DRYWALL STACKED AGAINST
ONE WALL ON THE INTERIOR OF THE
STRUCTURE. THIS ALONG WITH FRESH TIRE
TRACKS IN THE ROADWAY FROM YESTERDAYS
RAIN AND EVIDENCE OF SIDING REPAIR ON
EXTERIOR LEADS ME TO QUESTION IF
SOMEONE
MAY BE REHABILITATING THIS UNIT.
STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF UNIT IS
UNDETERMINED AS WELL AS INTERIOR
CONDITION.
DID NOT HAVE PLACARDS WITH ME TO
PLACARD
