ADDITION TO DETERMINE WHAT WOULD BE
NEEDED TO BRING ADDITION UP TO CODE,

IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. THEY EXPRESSED
THAT
THEY WOULD REMOVE IT IF IT COULD NOT.
MADE SITE VISIT AND DETERMINED THAT
STRUCTURE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BE
BROUGHT UP TO CODE. CALLED NEW OWNER
AND TOLD THEM SO AND THEY SAID THEY
WOULD REMOVE STRUCTURE AND ASKED IF
THEY
COULD LEAVE THE DECK THAT WAS EXISTING
BEFORE ENCLOSURE WAS ADDED. I TOLD
THEM
THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHECK WITH
ZONING TO SEE IF IT MET SETBACKS. THEY
ASKED AGAIN ABOUT THE 30 DAY EXTENTION
TO ACCOMPLISH COMPLIANCE AND I TOLD
THEM
WE WOULD WORK WITH THEM ON THAT ISSUE.
IF WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM WE WILL
NEED TO DO A REINSPECTION IN 30 DAYS.
