THAT HE PLANNED TO REMOVE THE TRAILER
AND THE ADDITION AND INSTALL NEW UNIT.
LEFT HIM A CARD AND ASKED HIM TO HAVE
THE OWNER CALL. HE SAID HE WOULD TRY
TO
MAKE CONTACT WITH THE OWNER. I WILL
PLACARD THE STRUCTURE IF I DO NOT HEAR
ANYTHING IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS.

LEADING ME TO BELIEVE THAT NOONE IS
LIVING THERE. CHECKED AGAIN WITH
NEIGHBOR ACROSS STREET AND THEY
CONFIRMED NO ACTIVITY AT RESIDENCE.
PREMISES TOTALLY UNKEPT WITH GENERAL
CLUTTER EVERYWHERE. ONE HALF OF METAL
ROOFING ON PORCH IS BLOWN OFF, GLASS IN
WINDOWS HAVE BEEN PAINTED. WOOD FRAME
ADDITION ON SIDE OF STRUCTURE HAS NAVER
BEEN COMPLETED AND HAS BARE OSB BOARD
EXPOSED TO WEATHER. THE FOUNDATION OF
THIS ADDITION HAS SETTLED CAUSING LARGE
CRACKING IN THE BLOCKWORK AND
QUESTIONABLE STRUCTURAL STABILITY.
CONSIDERING PLACARDING RESIDENCE AS
UNFIT. CHECKED WITH LINDA AS TO PROPER
PROCEDURE AND POLICY FOR THIS AND HAVE
DECIDED TO ATTEMPT TO GAIN ACCESS TO DO
FULL REPORT.
