SOME REPAIRS NEED TO BE MADE
IMMEDIATELY, THEY CONSIST OF: ELECTRIC
PANEL NEEDS PROPERCOVER INSTALLED;
ELECTRIC CIRCUITS NEED TO BE
INVESTIGATED TO DETERMINE WHY SOME
CIRCUITS ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL. THE WATER
HEATER NEEDS TO BE PROPERLY WIRED AND
THE FLOOR BENEATH IT NEEDS TO BE
REPAIRED TO PROVIDE PROPER SUPPORT. THE
PLUMBING NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED IN THE
MASTER BATH AREA. TENANT SAYS THE TUB
AND TOILET ARE NOT DRAINING PROPERLY AND
THERE IS NOT WATER SUPPLY TO THE TOILET.
THE FLOOR IN THE MASTER BATH IS WEAK AND
NEEDS TO BE REINFORCED TO PROVIDE
SUPPORT FOR THE TUB AND TOILET. THE
HEATING AND A/C DUCT WORK IS
DISCONNECTED FROM THE UNIT AND NEEDS TO
BE REAPIRED AND PROPERLY SUPPORTED ABOVE
GRADE LEVEL. WINDOWS ARE INOPERABLE AND
NEED TO BE REAPIRED TO FUNCTIONAL
STATUS. THERE ARE HOLES IN THE FLOOR
PROVIDING VISIBLE ACCESS TO EXTERIOR
ENVIRONMENT BENEATH STRUCTURE. THESE
REPAIRS NEED TO BE MADE IMMEDIATELY AS
SOME OF THESE ISSUES ARE LIFE SAFETY
CONCCERNS FOR THE OCCUPANTS. OTHER
CONCERNS ARE BROKEN GLASS IN ONE WINDOW,
SCREENS MISSING IN ALL WINDOWS, NUMEROUS
HOLES IN INTERIOR WALLS, MISSING
INTERIOR DOORS AND HARDWARE, REAR
EXTERIOR DOOR DOES NOT LATCH RENDERING
IT UNLOCKABLE, MISSING FLOOR COVERING IN
SEVERAL PLACES IN THE HOME, SIDING IS
LOOSE AND NEEDS TO BE REATTACHED,
SKIRTING IS MISSING ON SOUTH AND WEST
SIDE OF STRUCTURE AND THE SIDING AND
SOFFIT IS NOT COMPLETE ON THE SOUTH SIDE
OF THE STRUCTURE. ALSO THE SHED AT REAR
OF HOME NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AS IT HAS
LOST STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY. THESE
REPAIRS NEED TO BE MADE AT EARLIEST
CONVENIENCE AS THEY ARE NOT LIFE SAFETY
CONCERNS BUT ARE STANDARD HOUSING
REGULATIONS.
