HAS TWO WEEKS TO GET THE VEHICLES IN THE
GARAGE AND THAT HIS MOTHER IS ILL AGAIN
AND IN THE HOSPITAL. MR. CASON WAS HAPPY
TO SEE THAT JERRY HAD MOVED MOST OF THE
ACCUMULATION OFF SAXON'S PROPERTY BUT
THERE ARE A FEW MORE PALLETS THAT NEED
TO BE MOVED. MR. CASON'S MAIN CONCERN
WITH THE WHOLE COMPLAINT WAS THAT THE
STUFF JERRY HAS THERE HAD MOVED OVER
ONTO THE SAXON'S PROPERTY. HE ALSO HAD
QUESTIONS OF WHERE THE STORAGE BUILDING
WAS GOING TO BE BUILT SINCE THIS OWNER
ONLY HAS AN EASEMENT IN THE FRONT OF
THEIR PROPERTY, THEY DO NOT GET EASEMENT
ACCESS PAST THE HOUSE. ASKED MR. CASON
IF HE NEEDED JERRY'S PHONE NUMBER, WHICH
HE DIDNT. ADVISED CE WOULD NOT KNOW THAT
UNTIL HE PULLS THE PERMIT FOR THE
BUILDING BUT WOULD TRY TO REMEMBER TO
ASK HIM WHEN CE SPEAKS TO HIM AGAIN. MR.

ENFORCED SINCE SOMEONE HAS FILED THE
COMPLAINT. HE WAS VERY UPSET THAT CE
SUGGESTED TAKING THE VEHICLES TO A

FACILITY BECAUSE OF COST WHEN THEY HAVE
SO MUCH PROPERTY. HIS INTENTIONS ARE TO
BUILD A LARGE POLE BARN, WHICH CE
ADVISED THAT IF IT HAS NO DOORS, WALLS
AND A ROOF HE WOULD STILL BE IN
VIOLATION SINCE IT WILL BE OPEN. THERE
ARE NO PLANS IN THE WORKS, OR SOMEONE
HIRED. HE FEELS HE SHOULD BE GIVEN LOTS

AND STORING IT ON THE PROPERTY BEFORE HE
IS READY FOR THE STRUCTURE IS WHAT CE
EXPLAINED. SHE WAS MAD THAT THE
COMPLAINT WAS CALLED IN SINCE SHE LIVES
SECLUDED AND THE ONLY OWNERS ARE THE
GROVE. GAVE HER A BUSINESS CARD WITH
DOOR KNOCKER FOR 5-20 AND 5-17, ASKED
HER TO TRY AND HAVE CORRECTED BY
