REPAIRS WILL BE NEEDED. THE FLOOR SYSTEM
WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED AND REENGINEERED
WITH PROPER SUPPORT AND ANCHORING. THE
EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR BEARING WALLS WILL
NEED ENGINEERED REPAIR AND BROUGHT UP TO
FBC 2010 STANDARD. THE CEILING WILL HAVE
TO BE REMOVED TO DETERMINE INTEGRITY OF
THE ROOF FRAMING AND THE ROOF DECKING
WILL HAVE TO BE COMPLETELY REMOVED,
REPLACED AND BROUGHT UP TO CURRENT CODE.
WINDOWS AND DOORS WILL HAVE TO BE
REPLACED WITH FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVED
REPLACEMENTS, AND THE ENTIRE ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED AND

COMPLETELY GONE FROM ROTTEN WOOD AND
TERMITE DAMAGE. THE BATHROOM EXTERIOR
WALL IS ROTTEN, SO IS THE FLOORING IN
THE HALLWAY. THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE
FRONT ROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM ALSO.
DUE TO THE UNSAFE CONDITION OF THIS
BUILDING I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM THE
PROPERTY.
