HAVE COME UNLOCKED FROM THE LOWER
COURSE
AND NEED TO BE SECURED OR SNAPPED BACK
IN PLACE. THE WINDOWS ARE IN PLACE
WITH
ALL GLAZING INTACT. THE SKIRTING AROUND
HOME IS IN PLACE AND INTACT. THE STAIRS
AND PORCH ARE OLD BUT STABLE WITH

METAL STORAGE SHED AT THE REAR OF THE
HOME THAT DOES NOT MEET CODE OR ZONING
REQUIREMENTS ALTHOUGH IT DOES APPEAR TO

INTACT AND SECURE. IT DOES HAVE THE
DOORS MISSING. FROM MY VISUAL
INSPECTION I DO NOT BELIEVE A COMPLETE
HOUSING REPORT IS NECESSARY AS HOME
APPEARS TO BE RELATIVELY WELL KEPT AND
THERE ARE NO OTHER VIOLATIONS FROM
EXTERIOR INSPECTION. THE SHED AND THE
TRAVEL TRAILERS WILL NEED TO BE
REMOVED.
